For baths - Use 4-6 heaped tablespoons  (100g-150g = 100mg-150mg CBD) and allow to dissolve

For footbaths – Use 2-3 teaspoons (15g-22g = 15mg=22mg CBD)

CBD to Salt ratio 1:1000
